1. Platform Role/தளத்தின் பங்கு
Krishnarpanam is intended to help devotees discover priests and request bookings for in-person rituals. Unless expressly stated, the platform is not itself the priest and does not perform rituals. / நேரடி சடங்குகளுக்குப் புரோகிதர்களைக் கண்டறிந்து முன்பதிவு கோர உதவுவதே தளத்தின் நோக்கம்.
2. Accounts and Accuracy/கணக்குகள் மற்றும் தகவல் துல்லியம்
Users must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. Priests must accurately describe their identity, experience, languages, service areas and availability. Verification processes will be described when operational. / பயனர்கள் சரியான தகவல்களை வழங்க வேண்டும்; புரோகிதர்கள் தங்கள் அடையாளம், அனுபவம், மொழிகள் மற்றும் சேவைப் பகுதிகளை உண்மையாகக் குறிப்பிட வேண்டும்.
3. Booking Requests/முன்பதிவு கோரிக்கைகள்
A request is not confirmed until the priest and devotee receive confirmation through the platform’s defined workflow. Both parties should confirm date, local time, venue, ritual requirements, materials, travel and any agreed fees. / தளத்தின் உறுதிப்படுத்தல் நடைமுறை முடியும் வரை கோரிக்கை உறுதியான முன்பதிவாகாது.
4. Fees and Commission/கட்டணம் மற்றும் கமிஷன்
Registration is intended to be free and Krishnarpanam does not charge commission on priest bookings under the planned model. 5. Conduct, Cancellations and Complaints/நடத்தை, ரத்து மற்றும் புகார்கள்
Users must act respectfully, avoid fraud and protect others’ privacy. Cancellation, rescheduling, complaints and any refunds will follow the separately published policy and applicable law. / மரியாதையான நடத்தை, மோசடி தடுப்பு மற்றும் தனியுரிமை பாதுகாப்பு அவசியம்.
6. Availability and Content/கிடைப்புத் தன்மை மற்றும் உள்ளடக்கம்
Listings, availability and panchang data may be delayed or unavailable. Do not treat a displayed time as final ritual advice without appropriate confirmation. / பட்டியல், கிடைப்புத் தகவல் மற்றும் பஞ்சாங்கத் தரவு தாமதமாகவோ கிடைக்காமலோ இருக்கலாம்.
7. Suspension and Disputes/கணக்கு நிறுத்தம் மற்றும் தகராறுகள்
