Booking Cancellation/முன்பதிவு ரத்து
Before confirmation, a request may be withdrawn. After confirmation, the devotee should contact the priest and use the platform’s cancellation workflow. / உறுதிப்படுத்தலுக்கு முன் கோரிக்கையைத் திரும்பப் பெறலாம்; உறுதிப்படுத்தலுக்குப் பிறகு தளத்தின் ரத்து நடைமுறையைப் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.
Priest Rescheduling/புரோகிதர் நேர மாற்றம்
If a priest becomes unavailable, the devotee should be offered a reschedule option or the ability to cancel the booking request. / புரோகிதர் வர இயலாதபோது நேர மாற்றம் அல்லது ரத்து விருப்பம் வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
Payments and Refunds/பணம் மற்றும் திருப்பிச் செலுத்துதல்
The initial model does not require Krishnarpanam to collect ritual fees. Any payment made directly to a priest or vendor is handled by the parties under their disclosed agreement and applicable law.
